NORTHERN IRELAND:
All orders are sent with An Post using a tracked service (excluding refills). This service may require a signature on delivery depending on the order value. 

GREAT BRITAIN:
All orders are sent with An Post using a tracked service (excluding refills). This service may require a signature on delivery depending on the order value. All customs documentation is completed and the required CN23 label will be on the package. You may be required to pay customs charges.

EUROPE:
All orders are sent with An Post using a tracked service (excluding refills). This service may require a signature on delivery depending on the order value. Destinations outside the EU may be required to pay customs charges.

REST OF WORLD:
All orders are sent with An Post using a tracked service (excluding refills). This service may require a signature on delivery depending on the order value. All customs documentation is completed and the required CN23 label will be on the package. You may be required to pay customs charges.

Shipping prices vary greatly depending on quantities ordered and shipping destination. Your shipping prices will calculate after you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please ensure you select the correct shipping destination when signing up to avoid any delay in processing your order. NON ARRIVAL:
In the unlikely event your order is not delivered we will contact our shipping partner An Post and advise them. We must however wait 28 working days before we can issue a refund as packages do get delayed in transit or can be non-delivered for a variety of reasons including nobody home, incomplete address, incorrect address, etc. If after 28 working days it has not arrived we will issue a replacement or a refund.
