Credit Card (by phone and website), Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Draft, Cash (if collecting order) and PayPal. For Cheques, Postal Order or Bank Drafts, please pay in € Euro only made payable to ‘Donegal Pens’ and posted to the address below.

If paying for an order by post it is important that your print out a copy of your order and include with payment, or provide your order number if this is agreed in advance.
Please Note: Bank Drafts raised outside of Ireland must be a Euro draft – please explain to your bank that your require a Euro Bank Draft for Ireland. International non-Euro drafts will be returned. Cheques or postal orders are only accepted from customers within Ireland as international cheques attract banking fees. Cheque clearance can take 5-10 working days.
Credit Card: To pay directly by credit card, phone 074 9548516 – (outside Ireland +353 74 9548516) or 086 8673380 – (outside Ireland +353 86 8673380) – with your order details and we will process your order over the phone. You can also email your order to us by clicking here and we’ll call you back for card details. Our card transactions are securely processed by Elavon.
Bank Transfer: Please ensure you include your full name and Order ID in the description field so we can trace the payment to your purchase. This is very important as without a proper reference we cannot trace that you have paid. Please also email us a copy of the transfer receipt when transaction is complete.

If you are transferring internationally please ensure that we receive the full amount by checking the exchange rates with your bank. Please pay any exchange/transfer charges at the time of transfer to prevent any delays. All transfers must be in € Euro.
Returns: Items ordered directly from the website or by phone are covered by a 14 day cooling off period (under EU Distance Selling regulations) within which you may cancel the item and receive a full refund. This does not apply to items that have been engraved. If the item has already been dispatched then you are under obligation to return it at your own liability for the cancellation to stand, and you refund will be less our shipping costs. Orders made in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.
